User Agreement

By using this web site, you agree to the following rules:

(1). Information obtained is not to be sold or reproduced to third parties - those of whom did not request the information directly.

(2). Information is to be kept confidential between the party requesting and the party receiving information.

(3). You the user understands that all information, data, text, photographs, messages or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the party from which content originated. This means that you, the party sending information, are entirely responsible for all content that you post,  transmit, send through the postal service, or send through electronic services.

(4). The Cedar Crest Girls Softball Parents Association under no circumstances will be liable for any information or content, including, but not limited to, errors, omissions, lost or damaged information as a result of postal, electronic, or transmitted mishandlings.

(5). By using these services, you agree not to post, email, transmit, or make available any information or content that is: unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to officers and other associates involved with the Cedar Crest Girls Softball Parents Association.
